Our founders John and Joan Babyar began the company as a check collections business in 1988. We began conducting insurance and private investigations in 1991. Mr. Babyar has over 30 years of investigation experience as a Deputy Sheriff, Police Chief, Senior Investigator for Equifax, and as a Private Investigator.
